2026 AGM & Board Election

The HBIA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on November 2nd, 2026, at the Ganaraska Brewing Company. Doors open at 5:30pm and the meeting is set to begin at 6:00pm. 

If there more than 10 candidates for the Board of Management, including any nominations that may come from the floor during the AGM, an election will be held during the course of the meeting.

Please submit completed forms to the HBIA Office, 58 Queen Street, by noon on Monday, November 2nd. There will also be a call for nominations from the floor during the annual general meeting.
